I was pumped to see my car got washed and vacuumed. Windows were also cleaned but very smeared on the inside windshield. The actual repairs (fender, bumper and side mirror) were done very well from what I could see. There is just A LOT of overspray from the paint work. Not sure if this will wash off over time or if it’s there for good.

Horrible work, horrible communication- I will never recommend.

Where do I begin? 1- The service person assigned to my case, Mike Rowland, did a horrible job with communication. Requests for call backs never occurred. 2- I still have noticeable creases in my passenger door, and that front passenger door doesn’t even line up with the front fender. So my repairs were never fully completed. 3- there were two items that were also supposed to be done that were not touched even after we spoke to Mike during the consult AND after I spoke to him about it with him circling these items at drop off. 4- when I picked up my vehicle, it had a nail in a tire. Koch fixed it, but that never should have happened. I’m very disappointed in the service of my vehicle and with customer service. Since Mike didn’t call me back, I’ll be calling to speak to a supervisor.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful at Koch 33! They took an unfortunate situation of hitting a deer to a seemless rental car process with quick repair turnaround. Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Excellent experience and would recommend in a heartbeat.

My car was delivered to me a month after they promised it should be. Additionally, they did not do work that I requested on the car. Finally, my car was provided to me with a dead battery and no gas, which made the ride back very dangerous as I wasn’t able to find a gas station.
