I was happy with every part of the repair except the final cost to my insurance of over $7000 when the initial estimate was $3600 to $4000. I was only going about 5 mph when I hit the rock a few feet in front of my car. I had just backed up and started forward toward the exit.

You have many choices when you need auto body work, but they are not all the same. Koffman communicated right from the start with us and the insurance company. Any changes that were needed was talked about before it was done. The way they communicate is top notch. They brought to our attention some service items that needed to be done also. When we received the car it was like getting a brand new car. The inside was spotless! They were so easy to work with and would highly recommend them!! Thank you!!
