Koolray autobody is a family owned and operated collision shop that has been servicing the Delmont/Export area for over 30 years. Our mission is to repair vehicles to an O.E.M. standard by utilizing all O.E.M. manufacture parts and procedures during the repair. Second to this is our cycle time. It is in our best interest to keep the car moving the entire time it is here and make sure that we can get it back to our customers as fast as possible. While your vehicle is in our hands we will be sure to keep in contact with the customer and insurance company throughout the repair. Generally, we call the customer at least twice a week to talk about where their car is in the repair process and go over any changes in estimated time of delivery. We strive to make sure all customers are satisfied and will go the extra mile to make sure that happens.
