Anytime I need services from Collision Shop I know things will be done well. I am kept updated on progress of repairs. They take care of extending rental if needed, and quality work is completed. I was happy to learn that they make sure parts are of quality I would expect. For example: a part was ordered by insurance company and Collision Shop rejected part due to poor quality. They addressed it with insurance company and ordered another part. Upon picking up my vehicle it was clean and looked as good as new. Exceptional work. Thank you Collision Shop for taking such good care of my vehicle.

They caused damage that was passed on to a disabled handicapped customer on a fixed income

Cannot give a 10 because nobody is perfect! Would have given a 9 but the shop took an extra day because they broke something taking my door off , had to order and wait. So that cost ME more money out of pocket for another day of a car rental which is NOT cheap. No apologies was given just the explanation. Definitely didn’t offer to pay for my extra day THEY caused. They probably charged me for the part. Wouldn’t doubt it. They did have great communication but I would never use them again because of their actions costing me more money out of my pocket and I’m Disabled and on an extremely fixed income. So because of that they are just mediocre and average and get a 5. Do yourself a favor and maybe choose a different repair shop. This was MY experience
