The job was left incomplete. I.e., the door edge guard was found in my backseat. After bodywork was done, the staff failed to reinstall the door edge guard. The replaced windshield contains a manufacturer's sticker on the exterior side that appears to have an attempt at being peeled off, but when it didn't peel easily, the staff gave up trying. I found a random tool left in my car. The replaced bumper is not attached properly (consistently attributed to terrible third party parts approved by my insurance), but aside from this, the bumper also has a minor dent in it and for being brand new, this is unacceptable. My car was also delayed in receiving necessary repairs because staff questioned a chip in the windshield that was to be replaced that was noted on estimate and viewable in the estimate photos, but because it was in question the part was delayed in getting ordered, so the work took longer than projected. Furthermore, I have been a loyal customer to Kozminski's for years and over the last couple years I've taken my car there for repairs, I have witnessed a serious decline in quality and reliability. The last time I had work done here, the wrong wheel was replaced, for example. In this case, my tires had been rotated after my estimate was done and before the body work was done, so staff went off of pictures, though critical thinking/observation was not made to discern that the damaged wheel remained on the car after replacing one in perfect condition, simply by referring to the estimate pictures. I have had previous issues with the third party parts not installing to appear as by car's original manufacturer parts as well. During the last post-service survey I completed for Kozminski's, I was not so critical in my review and hated to leave a low-star rating. However, as I have experienced a steady decline in service, I feel it is time to honestly provide feedback, though I hate to as management has always been very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. This much is certain. Management was especially accommodating this last service visit with honoring my request to keep my car on the lot a few extra days whilst on a business trip. The owners/management are very down to earth and remember me, which always makes for a warm customer experience.

It was a little discouraging that we had to bring our car back for more work after a lengthy initial stay. That being said, the work was done very well and quickly on our return trip, which was greatly appreciated.
