As a retired professional, I have certain expectations in customer service. Your Body Shop staff and shuttle driver, all ladies and gentlemen, were very professional and courteous on the telephone and in person. They were well organized. They did what they promised. My car body looks great. Kramer customer service was all anyone might hope for, accommodating in every way possible. It’s a very well-oiled machine, managed well. I was impressed. The only negative in the entire experience was being treated horribly by the rental company. But that’s not Kramer’s fault.
