The body shop did a great job. I do need to go back for them to fix the rear parking camera it’s off and it was in working condition when I dropped the car off to them.

The repair was awesome. Kreans auto body did everything to help. While your company took their time to reach out and get stuff done. Now I am fighting with your company in reference to something they said should not be covered but you covered it anyway. I appreciate that. However asked about the deductible back from other company. I was pretty much told it’s not guaranteed and they may take the deductible to satisfy the moneys you put out for the other part you say should not have been covered. That is unacceptable. So we will see on that. As for coverage. Little disappointed with the rent a car rate. Should not have paid anything but only covers up to $30 and all places charge more than that. And I had to pay for a tow when I have tow coverage. I will be calling to change those coverages if they are available. If it wasn’t for Kreans auto body this still would have been dragging on to be done.
