My experience with Brad was great and professional. He was efficient and effective explaining the process with me. The other interaction with the staff was great as well. They were always respectful and kind. The work that Steve completed was excellent with precision. I can’t tell where the damages were located. All in all, I left confident that I made the right decision bringing my car to Kula’s collision.

The window to the back of the cab of the truck was opened by someone at the shop and it rained INSIDE my vehicle. The entire truck smells like mildew. I was told “we detailed your truck and then it rained.” When I detail a vehicle, I do the entire inside and outside. This was definitely NOT detailed. It looked like the repaired area(s) were detailed- the driver’s door, possibly the passenger door.
