We were very impressed with every person we dealt with when we brought our van in for a quote to repair the front end. Anytime I called or spoke to someone on the phone, they were extremely kind and answered any questions I had. We were told you would need the van for 5 business days. The day we brought our van in for the repair, we dropped it off several hours later than we were supposed to due to lack of remembering on my part. The secretary said they would do their best to get it done by the end of the day Friday but that they would do their best to get it done as quickly as possible. The vehicle was completely repaired and ready to be picked up just 48 hours after dropping it off. The front end looks just like new and they even detailed the outside and cleaned the inside of our van. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our repair experience was seamless. We definitely recommend Kulavic’s Auto Body!
