I was very pleased with the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. I was given good detail of what needed to be repaired, given almost daily accounting of work being done. And the car was just like new when finished! So pleased with their service. Would highly recommend this auto body business.!!!!

The body work was excellent. However, it seems that the hood does not appear to be the right size, and there are some issues with the interior that I was not expecting.

Kudos to your staff! Not only was the work on our truck done professional but in a timely manner. I really appreciated the constant email updates on the progress. Our Truck looks great and we really appreciated the loaner car. Now for the rest of the story.....it was not until after 5pm. that I realized that I could not find my cell phone. I back tracked everywhere that I had gone, and my phone was yet to be found. Then I called Kulavic's thinking it's probably to late and no one would answer. Low and behold a gentleman did and I asked him to look in the office and ladies room to see if by chance I hadd left my cell phone. He reported that he did not find it, but said he would be happy to check the loaner car I had used. Not only did he find it he stayed while I contacted my Husband to see when he could pick it up. I called this man back and told him it would be at least an hour and he was very kind and put it in the upper real wheel. My husband was elated that he could pick up the phone while he was still in Springfield without driving back from Jacksonville. We are so appreciative. Sincerely, Phil & Diana McCutcheon Bushnell
