The repairs were done well. The car looks great and almost like new. Everyone is really nice and makes the whole ordeal of getting the repaired much less stressful.

I thought the staff was curt, not helpful when I picked up my car. There's no way to explain the dings on the front of my car, that I don't believe were there before. Also, no one came with me to my car to inspect the repair job, and I got a call from Enterprise about 1/2 hour after I left Kulavic's saying if my rental car wasn't turned in, I'd be charged. I had been told by the persons at the desk that they would inform Entrprise to come and pick up the car.

All of your staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From assisting me in getting Enterprise to pick me up to get a rental car, to getting my vehicle repaired, they took the time to get things done right. This was not the first time I have used Kulavics and it will not be the last (although I hope I do not need their collision repair services again any time soon.
