I am satisfied with the rear bumper replacement. How ever today I noticed that the right rear tail light has moisture in it. It never was like that before this last incident. I don't understand why it is like that now.

Everything that I addressed was ignored. They put me so far out for repair two months that I had to buy a head light so I can see in mornings and they took headlight threw it in trash charged my insurance 710 dollars for said light. I was told that what I spent on headlight would go towards my deductible of course that never happened. They had get their mark up for the part I guess. Mark was very forgetful did not take any notes for my concerns on previous repair that was only six months from this repair. The oe stripe on driver door whipped off first time I washed car. It was definitely not oe. It had been pieced together right at tip when had no strength. I would not recommend this shop. I wanted to boost economic in my home town but I think Columbus body shops would be more in tune with customer
