Tom and Jamie did a great job from start to finish. They even retrieved by garage door opener from my truck. This is my third time having body work done here (1 Collison, 2 Deer's) and they always do a great job.

Great Service, my truck looks great. Jaime and Tom were very professional and had it completed when they said it would be ready. This is my third visit to this body shop ( 1 collision, 2 Deer strikes). Hopefully will never have to go again, but if I'm not that lucky, will definitely use Kunes.

Had first applied at East Moline auto very bad deal, salesman was awesome, upper management not so much. Davenport friendly, professional etc.

Verbally ok, very dissatisfied with the communication. I vividly remember my first encounter was with a woman and discussing my car issue at this time I had only had my car less than a month. I was told by the Kunes of Davenport Iowa from where the car was purchased that it was covered but ended up that it wasn't even though we purchased it like that (the front bumper was uneven) not noticed by us until afew days after purchase. Second encounter that mattered was with same woman and the manager a male. The lady did come out she states to me but I don't recall her more interested in showing him the issues etc, was issue with sunroof but that was something they don't repair. So it was 2 brackets needed @$12 each with labor $140+. I was told it would have been nee also. Now that really was here nor there because the bumper was in good shape, just unattached on each side. The repair cost is what did upset me. But of course had to be paid, after fixed. But surely I would have taken elsewhere considering.

The front desk and staff were professional and kind. Very easy and understanding to work with. Tom was really understanding when I drove in to pickup my truck and accidentally forgot to bring in my insurance check. Then he gave me a detailed rundown on other things/damages that had occurred and how they remedied them and notified my insurance.
