On your website, you claim as a differentiator in the industry that you offer a free rental car, yet I paid Hertz over $1200.00 for a rental car. I do not categorize that as free. If you can't back it up, don't offer it.

My turn signal still does not work. The car had been in the shop for 3 weeks. I reported the turn signal not working and damage to the right wheel well. They repaired the body but not the turn signal.
