Have issues with my repair. Paint has dent and debris along with tape marks as well as my wheel well not being re connected. But Tom is attempting to fix tomorrow so we’ll see how it goes

1st; was not told I needed to call and authorize purchase of the needed parts to complete repair. 2nd; I was not called to let me know parts were delivered to you 3) also had to call to get scheduled. I feel that the body shop should've been upfront with this information and that I shouldn't have had to wait & wonder what was ( or wasn't) going on. I've used you three times now and love the repairs made but I think customer service could improve.

Kune's Ford Body Works did a superb job of taking the scratches out of my right rear quarter panel of my Ford Lightning F-150. They also finished the deal with a good cleaning/polishing of the outside of the car. I believed they also cleaned all the glass on the vehicle inside and out. They performed the work for the cost they quoted me and in the time they specified - no surprises. i will use them again in the future.

Inside of the car was very dusty like the windows was down while in the shop, missed fixing a small dent on the trunk, and paint run on the spoiler, having a very difficult time getting the car cleaned I did request not to wash the car but I don't know if the technician had some residue on their hands I'm having a hard time removing it. I'll return the Mustang on Monday August 5th to see if the issues I found can be corrected
