Overall, from start to finish, there were issues with overall service. When I dropped my vehicle off, it was discovered that several of the parts were damaged. WHY wasn’t the parts inspected upon arrival at your facility? I had to wait an extra 2 weeks for my vehicle to be done. Upon pick up, I inspected it and found a lot of overspray on interior parts. The rep took some rubbing alcohol to these parts and removed the overspray. I asked for paperwork for the work done and to date I have NEVER received anything on the work completed. I was told it would be emailed to me. Completely odd practice.

Amazing....my car looks great and you even washed and cleaned the inside. I wasn't expecting that. That showed my how well you treat your customers. I can say enough about your front office. Due to trim falling off, the customer service I received and still no return call.

Within 2 days a piece of trim flew off my car while traveling down the highway. I immediately called and was advised the Mgr was in a meeting. The person I spoke with drug out the call when all I requested was a call back. She made this a worse experience than it already was. Guess what it has been 2 days and still NO call back. I live an hr away and she requested that I bring my car back.

I purchased my car over a year ago. Upon purchase, it was agreed that I’d have an automatic start installed (which didn’t happen right away and is still malfunctioning), dvd players (which were told that they played on car speakers and do not), and my windows tinted (which still have not been done.) I would not recommend this place to anyone to purchase a car. I have been threw the ringer with my purchases and when I took my car to the Kunes body shop to be fixed.
