The technician that did the work did not complete it, cut corners or just didn't do it. When I brought it up to Kelly she was very upset and promised to get it corrected. I am very pleased with her and typically with this bodyshop. So in short Kelly and Kunes would get a 9-9.5 the technician gets a 6, the work he did do he did very well. But not completing the work and properly does not speak well of him, or for Kunes as he works for Kunes, but I can separate it not everyone can. I love Kunes, the BodyShop, and Kelly's work! I can not say the same for this technician. I would prefer for him to never touch one of my vehicles and I am on my 4th vehicle from Kunes.
