Such a blessing to have chosen LA West Collision for my car repairs. Yuri was an extraordinary staff in providing service repairs with updates and explanations on repair information. He was so patient with me in answering my questions and has shown impressive care in ensuring customer satisfaction. He made sure I am happy with my car when I picked it up. Excellent communication, flexible w/ schedules (pick up , towing and rental support) and excellent service repairs! Yuri has a great personality!
