I want to thank you for the nice clean inside of my car.. a nice surprise. Yes, your repair work on my damaged fender, bumper, head lamps, etc. look just like new. I am a return customer. The reason I didn't give a 10 was because there was a rattling under my car when I picked it up, and I pointed it out. Brooklyn had a tech address it, and it greatly stopped. but I'm still hearing it from time to time which makes me think it wasn't completely fixed. I never heard any sound from under the car until this accident happened, so I feel the loose pipe or whatever is rattling should have been completely secured.

Communication could have been better. I had to call repeatedly for updates. Part of the problem was Allstate telling me I could expect my car on March 26, but I had to wait 3 additional days, and I had no idea that I could have had the rental car expanded, had communication been better. Still, I am satisfied with Lacey and plan to use them again.

No one was there at my appointment time to estimate it. They took a picture and later estimated from that. Then they were six days late on the repair because they had to order more parts, presumably because they didn’t look at it the first time.
