Everyone I interacted with gets a 10 for satisfaction. What I was disappointed in, however, is the fact that the shops working hours didn't allow for me to pick up the vehicle unless I took off from work or went through a convoluted plan to have my wife pay for the vehicle, then leave it there for us to pick up on the weekend.
