Overall satisfied with quality of work, not inconvenienced by delay due to provision of loaner unit. More appreciative that time was taken to do proper repair and craftsmanship to fix.

Final workmanship was done well. Vehicle loaner provided in lieu of Farm Bureau & rental agency was a much easier convenience. Time to do the work was longer than expected on account of added parts needed for approval beyond original estimate. Overall very satisfied.

Vehicle was returned to us dirty, with spare fasteners in the cupholder, the shark fin antenna on the roof was loose and rattling around, and there was clearcoat overspray on the windshield and other parts of the body.
