Overall repairs were solid, just took longer than expected I believe due to parts not being good enough. So I appreciate the throroughness there! However Julie was not very good with communications and getting back with updates. I had asked for new running boards to be installed while being repaired and she ended up ordering the wrong ones that look completely different.

Had to bring the vehicle back 2 times after repair for parts not put on vehicle correctly and they broke door handle and said nothing until I brought it back for repair then service tech said that repair guy forgot to tell him he broke it

The only issue was my car was in the shop for 5 weeks every time. I called for update. It seemed like another part had to be replaced replaced. And I had to pay out a packet for 2 days for a loner after the insurance did not cover any further, but the body shop did come through with a loaner after that. So that was good
