Had two visits. First visit: reception was negative. I Stated that I had purchased scratch and minor dings insurance plan with Lafontaine but was told they were not able to look up my plan. 2nd visit was the Walled Lake location: was told I should take the car to dealership where purchase so repair quote could be approved. Eventually I decided to contact Dealership Management and only then did Collision dept schedule my car for repair.
