By far the worst repair job I have seen. In fact, the manager of the collision shop was surprised by the job. When i got to my car, a plastic trim piece was hanging off and the color which was painted on the repaired areas was nowhere near the color. I did not even pick my car up, it is still at the shop...

Everyone who worked there was very nice and friendly so that part was great. however, I never received updates and had to be the one to follow up on the status of my car. When it finally was ready there was still an issue that didn't get fixed and I was supposed to hear back about fixing it but never did. Ended up being so close to lease end date I returned the car with the issue

Weekly updates on status/ phone call I would be good. Car was there almost 4 weeks. Car was left with error light on for hard convertible top; that should have been cleared by cycling the hard top open and closed Quality of work good; wished cat would have been washed or toweled if possible before return

Horrible customer service… no phone call to update us on what was going on and myself and my wife had to come in to check it on the truck. When my wife came in to pick up the truck no one came outside to say are you satisfied or show us anything about our truck which is unacceptable.
