They’ve had my car since june 23rd and picked up the loaner on July 9th. Since then I’ve been contacted that my car has been ready not once not twice but now three times the first time I heard rattling sent it back and got possession of the loaner again the second time we picked it up warning lights on gave it back this third time I haven’t picked up the car just yet but I received a call from the lady saying that they noticed it’s a crack in my windshield and that she would call me back with pricing. She has not called me back. I’ve called five times each time went into voicemail and this is on separate days. They keep saying that the crack in the windshield was prior damage but I don’t see a crack on the windshield listed on this prior damage sheet that I received from them the day I dropped off my car…… nor when I picked up my car, those other two times I didn’t noticed any crack in the windshield…I need to speak to someone asap

The quality of workmanship was excellent, the initial estimate was spot on to the actual repair costs and I was treated with nothing but professionalism and courtesy. They had my vehicle a little over a week. Fir an extended period of time like that, arrangements for a loaner vehicle or other transportation might have been nice.
