Customer service was amazing never attitude toward me. Very helpful answering questions and descriptive of what needed to be done.

The only caveat I have is the lack of communication sometimes I drop my car off Tuesday. I was told it would be ready most likely in a week. I was unaware at the time that they were closed on weekends so the estimate was correct. I got it the following Thursday, which was seven days but I had to call and ask about it on Tuesday when I didn’t get any updates after a seven day week and I had to call the day of to make sure that it was going to be ready just a little bit more communication but other than that the customer service was great.
