They very neatly repaired the distortion and scratches on the hood. However, the evaluation was given a 9 because there was a slight residue of what appears to be adhesive from the masking tape. However, I am very satisfied with the repair work.

Top notch experience across the board. From Sam checking me in/out to the lady from the front desk (don’t recall her name, unfortunately), everyone I had contact with were both personable and professional.

Although to be fair, if I ever need your service in the future, I will probably go to the shop on Northville Road because it’s about 5 miles closer to my house than the one on Novi Road. But that’s the only reason I would do it because it’s closer.
