James did a wonderful job working with us on repairs to our Cherokee. It truly was effortless on our part to work with him. He kept us informed and his team did a wonderful job with the work that they did. A few minor cosmetic interior parts are on back order but James got our vehicle road ready as we await those parts. I would never have even known there was damage to those parts but Kar Kraft was meticulous in their inspection and are making sure everything is 100% repaired.
