The Body Man that done the work Rob Hewison is the best I’ve ever seen. I’m 66 years old and I’ve seen a lot of work and he has done an impeccable job on my truck. This man is the best of the best. I’m a Ford retiree and I worked in the body shop at Wayne ISA plant. I know great work when I see it. And another thing is I wasn’t without my truck nearly as what I thought. My answer to this is I’m not happy, I’m extremely happy. You are so lucky to have this man working for the company. If he worked for me, I’d give him a nice bonus every year. Thank you for the great service!!!!

Roger was wonderful to work with. He may have written the textbook on customer service. I was kept in the loop with proactive communication through the entire process. Any hiccups in the process, Roger kept me updated and already had a solution in mind. I am pleased with the quality of work as well. I hope I won’t need to use a collision shop again, but if I do, I will definitely be coming to Roger with Hines Park.

You did not fix the car. You got the door to open but didn't fix the dent. If money was the issue I would have paid the difference. But the insurance company gave you $3500. What did you do with the other money? Pocket it??? The insurance company will be looking into this
