My experience with my vehicle repairs were good, they communicated very well. The only issue that I had was my car was left on E 0 miles upon picking my vehicle up.

Prior to having our Explorer repaired at your body shop, I asked about what lead time was needed (as the Explorer is a 2010, I figured pre-ordering parts would be necessary). I was assured that wouldn’t be necessary. Fast forward to a week after taking the vehicle in and surprise! Parts needed to be ordered and delayed getting our vehicle back. I also don’t understand why certain parts were replaced and others were not. Driver side headlight assembly was replaced and passenger side assembly was left as is (undamaged but extremely cloudy). The OEM fog lamps were left untouched even though at least one of them was damaged in the accident (lost the lens). If a repair shop will spend time making sure that paint matches btw the replacement fascia and existing bodywork, why are items like headlights left to look completely different? The overall repair quality is decent but I’m not happy with the unmatched components - making my vehicle look like it was left half done.

Amy is a very conciencsous and considerate. She is excellent in her current role by not just assisting me with rental issues but she goes above and beyond by providing me with the varsity Lincoln courtesy car. I had been holding the car repair due non-availability of rental car with enterprise. Then on the day that enterprise promise me (schedule pick-up) with the rental still no car available. When Amy knew about the car rental issue. She step-up by helping me out by providing me the courtesy car. Without Amy’s decisiveness No car repair happens. I was in need a rental so i can still working while my car is in the shop for repair. Kudos to Amy: she is amazing and surely a very good assetbyv bringing more business to your company through her excellent customer service.
