I went in for what I thought was a relatively small repair a front bumper, and grill and a few cosmetic pieces over the wheel wells to hide rust. But what I didn’t know is that they were going to polish the outside of my truck to the point where it actually looked better than the first day I got it what a job they did! I’ve had many repairs over the years at Lake area collision. It’s always been a good experience. But this time absolutely exceeded everything and I’m ecstatic over the results.

I had an outstanding experience with Lake Area Collision from start to finish. Their customer service was exceptional, and every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. One thing that really stood out was their communication. They gave me the option to receive updates by text or phone, and I chose text messages. The updates were detailed, timely, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Whenever I had a question, I could call, and someone was always happy to help right away. They went above and beyond when an additional part had to be ordered and my Volvo wasn’t quite ready. They helped arrange a loaner vehicle, which made the unexpected delay so much easier. When I picked up my car, I was amazed. Not only was the repair flawless, but they had also completely detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle. It looked absolutely beautiful. It’s rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with outstanding customer service, but Lake Area Collision does exactly that.
