Lake Area was so wonderful to work with. All the employees were incredible friendly and warm. I had consistent updates via text and call communication throughout my repair process. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, they brought me to my car and showed me their work to check for my satisfaction. A very well run business with quality employees and quality work. 10/10 recommend.

Last time I was there my check engine light was on when I picked it up. This time it doesn’t accelerate properly. :( I really enjoy you guys however it’s kind of sad I get the car back and something that wasn’t a problem is now a problem.

Never having been in an accident before this was my first experience with anything like this and I have only heard horror stories. But my story is not that from the first phone call to pick up this was an easy and amazing experience.... I can't thank you enough. From start to finish it was effortless. Phone calls weekly keeping me updated were top notch and the call to pick up was the best!!!!!!! Thank you to all and thank you for making me feel at ease and comfortable in all aspects of this. I appreciate everything. If I had one complaint it would be with the detailing BUT .... that is something I never expected to get anyways so the fact that it happend even if not perfect was the cherry on top. Thank you all for everything you did to make the experience as easy as it was. I will ten thousand times over reccomend you to everyone !!!!!!!!!!! Well done lake area collision WELL DONE!👍🏽
