My car was gone for an entire month. That is too long.

The bodywork was done properly, but the process of dropping off my car and then them having it for a full month was too long. I was even told they made a mistake halfway through and realized there was more damage than originally figured and had to order parts and that was what made it take so long. Again, everyone was very professional and apologetic about the timeline, but in future, I may think about going somewhere else because a month is just too long to be without my car. I carry rental insurance, which always covers for a three week window. Should've been done with that amount of time. They gave me a loaner to get through the rest of the next week, but it was a very unacceptable vehicle in my opinion. They should've paid for my rental car Until my car was done in my opinion due to it being an error on the part of the repair people. Again, the employees that worked there were super friendly and very supportive. And I've always liked my interaction with them, but facilitating the in and out of an individual repair seemed very clunky between paint, parts, detailers and it just took too long.
