Scratches on pillars and sides of car from tree branches weren't buffed out as quoted, A few I pointed out were done while waiting at pickup but not all. Had to point out and request removal of paint run on edge of hood. Spot now has rough edge. New hood may sit too high, large gaps to the body and light housings. Hood doesn't open or close smoothly. Have to drop it with excessive force and still doesnt always latch. Then wont release properly. Hood open light will remain on if not slammed down. Never shut that hard before replacment. Seems like may be because it's not actually a Subaru hood? aftermarket? Half of the hood insulator clips are missing or loose so the insulator flops off the hood. Needs new retainer clips to fix this. Windshield cowel pillar trim not properly secured l had to slide into correct position , hopefully clips are intact and they won't fall off. New damage found at pickup: scratches and chipped paint, occurred while at shop, looks like it was hit or backed into something. Bugs, dirt, and debris on front couldn't fully inspect at pickup. Lots of rubbing compound left on trim and hood. Windshield interior has film from something used to wipe it. Thankfully paint color seems to match, will see how it looks washed.

I have always been happy with the work here but this time was not it. The paint matched perfectly but there have been a number of issues. The first was somehow they scratched my rear passages door with what looks to be buffer marks or from a polisher. The hood ground cable was not re attached, there is over spray on my passenger door from the paint work on the fenders, when they reinstalled my bed cover it was not aligned properly and on top of everything the repairs took several weeks longer then I was originally told. For the amount of time they had my truck you would think it would be perfect. Very disappointing in this trip to lake area and probably won’t come back.
