Overall pretty displeased. The continuous delays were extremely frustrated. Additionally, later finding that those delays could have been and should have been avoided.

What was repaired yes. I wish they would have taken care of the (2) door dings on the drivers side as it was originally agreed to. My insurance paid less for the repairs than what my deductible was.

Having the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer hundreds of miles from home made me so anxious. All the unknowns, but Lake Area was absolutely amazing with their communication, professionalism, and understanding of how to take care of everything and allow me to trust them throughout the journey. My car was towed a great distance to go to this specific collision shop and now I know why, because there just isn't anyone better! So grateful to the Lake Area team!

They got me right in and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. They fixed my very broken front end I picked it up in 5 days....5 days and they detailed it inside and out. Lake Area Collison was a great experience! My van was hit while parked,they got me right in came uo with plain and began work within days. They kept me informed every step of the way and the staff there was so amazing! I knew it was all going to be ok the second I walked through the door.
