My experience at lake area collision was outstanding! From the minute I spoke to the 1st person there I knew i was at the right place. They got me right in and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. They fixed my very broken front end I picked it up in 5 days....5 days and they detailed it inside and out. Lake Area Collison was a great experience! My van was hit while parked,they got me right in came uo with plain and began work within days. They kept me informed every step of the way and the staff there was so amazing! I knew it was all going to be ok the second I walked through the door. Since I had a 1999 suburban that was hit by a garbage truck while parked in my yard, and only used to pull my 1976 airstream for camping in the summer, I was extremely happy with the service and care at your business. The receptionists at the desk were beyond helpful and communicated with the insurance company and arranged for a rental locally for me. The appraiser was thorough and had my vehicle cleaned and secured while awaiting parts. The final painting and body is outstanding. My only concern is the rear replacement door pins are about a 1/2” too long, which is understandable due to the age of the vehicle.

There is a corner of the lower grille on my 2013 suburban that is not in place, I made a phone call to the guy I dealt with and havent heard back from him yet. I believe they will make it all good when it gets handled.
