I was very happy with how everything went, from dropping off my car, to getting one call to update me on progress, to picking my car back up. The women at the front are amazingly nice.

Appreciate the loaner car however, I delayed repairs in order to have a truck for the loaner. They called me to say the truck was available and I acknowledged twice with a phone call, however it seemed as though who ever I talked to did not communicate with others in the collision shop and I continued to receive phone calls about the truck being available. Upon my delivering my car for service they then told me it was not available. Overall, communication was my only area that needed improving.

Allison was amazing and so helpful! She helped me get an appointment right away and order the part I needed. The technicians were awesome my car was finished in less than 45 minutes and looked brand new!
