Beside poor customer service, and sometimes they can be talking to you and put you on hold for ever !!! But I was just happy with the representative that handled my car . Once I get him over the phone I was Alway happy .

Repairs took too long. Did anyone call insurance to complain about field claims adjuster’s lack of response. I think not. 2 months is too long to hold my vehicle.

Wonderful experience! The staff helped ease my mind when dealing with insurance delays. The repairs were done very well. They even took care of some other dents I had. I would absolutely recommend Lake Collision for auto repairs!

They were always polite and knowledgeable when I spoke with them in person; however, I never received the status and follow-up calls that were promised. I would wait and wait, then call-in myself for info.

the parts ordered took about 9 months to get in. during that time the communication could have been better to keep me informed. on several occasions, I had to contact CS to inquire on parts arrival status only to be told "the parts should be here in a couple weeks and we'll give you a call".

Gas door is misaligned. There is condensation on the light where impact took place suggesting perhaps it wasn’t sealed correctly? Also buffering or sanding marks were left before clear coat was applied. Pics were sent over a week ago.

This was a terrible experience, was told originally 5 days max which turned into 17 days, Through the entire process someone only reached out to me once, which was on day 12, every other time it was me having to keep reaching out. And not once did anyone tell me why was taking so long or what the issues were, I was completely left in dark, no one even reached out to tell me that it was going to cost 700 more than originally priced. I have purchased my last 2 cars from lake Ford but now I am really rethinking of going somewhere else for next car after how I was treated.
