Gena and Crystal and the guy in the corner were all extremely professional and timely in the repair of my 2020 Chevy Equinox. To say that I am totally satisfied would be an understatement. Totally satisfied would be if they met my expectations and standards; in reality they exceeded my expectations, my timeline and the professionalism was out of this world amazing.

My gaps were even all the way down but they weren’t flush the bottom 3 inches definitely want that fixed my headrest And my arm rest were you pull the door shut was filthy my loaner car wasn’t clean before I got into it had dog hair and dog puke smell in the back With a nice stain you can tell where it was Took pictures of that but I didn’t take pictures of my headrest I just cleaned it myself when I got home along with my door pull I’ve only had a few days I have not had a chance to hand wash it might even have some orange peel wait till the sun hits it also told me to be done in 2 1/2 to 3 weeks it was seven weeks close to eight So you tell me how Satisfied you would be

Brad was doing a good job until he wasn’t around anymore for some reason when I told Gena about the head rest she offered to clean it before I left but she made it Seem like it was there before I brought the car in didnt appreciate that My head does not touch the headrest ever and my hair or hat would never get dirty enough to get a headrest dirty I’m 62 years old I never had a headrest get dirty in any of my vehicles also I had just shampooed both front seats less than a month ago
