Everyone was so nice and helpful. My car looked great like the day I bought it! Nice and shiny both in and out! Did a great job! Car at least I knew was done by 3:40PM (car was already outside). Agreed time 4:00! I was able to hit the road earlier than planned! Thank you everyone!

My insurance broker, Dane Buckley encouraged me to have my repair done at Lakeside as my $300 deductible would be paid by Erie because they work closely. I could’ve had the work done at another location that would have waived the $300 deductible, but chose Lakeside as Dane strongly encouraged me to use you.

The work was completed in record time and the staff was very professional. I felt comfortable working with Lakeside. It was great that I could leave the rental car with them and just pick up my car and go. Not having to worry about returning, etc. was a nice perk.
