Everyone at Lake Side Collision is Excellent! My car looks Fantastic! I was continually kept updated on what was going on and what needed to be done. It ended up taking longer than we all thought, but I was completely fine with that. I knew my car was in excellent hands! Lakeside is awesome!

Excellent customer service. Shawn McClelland was my intake agent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Shawn also kept me informed and updated on the progress of my vehicle. Estimates were done in a timely manner. The loaner vehicle from Enterprise went very smoothly. The return of the loaner vehicle was hassle free.

Was in their shop less than a week, they were transparent they communicated all around great business to work with. I wasn’t able to pick the vehicle up within normal business hours they worked with me perfectly. Will definitely be using lake side again.
