Put a new door lock cylinder in. Key does not fit in fob. Statement u can get one cut by Lexus for 72 dollars. Why wouldt shop just get the proper key to fit fob? Sun roof glass replacement… on pick up day glass on the side of seat and floor. Shop Re-vacuumed got home glass in back seat where grand kids sit. If shop isn’t able to get glass out professionally send it somewhere to be done it’s a hazard as of right now. 2 stickers for door not put on. Stated when u come back this way we will put them on when they come in.

Went to Lakeside on referral from Mike Anderson of Team Honda, where I purchased my vehicle. They did not disappoint! Got my vehicle in quickly and communication was great throughout the whole experience. Repairs were done well. A few days after picking up my vehicle, i noticed a couple small areas that appeared to have something under the paint. Called the office and they told me it was most likely an easy fix but to bring it back for them to check it out. They were right! Was fixed within minutes of me bringing my vehicle back. All in all, they did a great job. I appreciate being kept informed throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to others and would bring my vehicle back for any repairs.
