The repairs were done beautifully. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. The length it took is why I am dissatisfied. I completely understand about the power outage, however, when I dropped my car off on Aug. 3rd I was told it would be ready August 17 or 18 which was just before the power outage. I have no complaint about the quality of the work, just the length of time it took. Also, the customer service by your employees was great. I have always received great customer service at Schepel Buick.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Even after calling to check on the progress they happily gave me updates on what was going on and explained everything very well. I had a lot of questions and they never once batted an eye or got annoyed with me. I obviously don’t know much about the work they do and were happy to help me understand.
