They did a great job on my vehicle, and they helped make the experience seem effortless. At a time when you can already be thankful that your accident was not worse, but not feel the greatest that the accident occurred, their organization and workflow with the insurance, car rental, and keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle kept me from being overwhelmed during the process. I appreciate their work, professionalism, organization and follow-up.

Satisfied with the paint job that was done. A misunderstanding with job I paid for but nothing can do now, about parts didn't get touched. Housekeeping of my Vehicke very poor my car on the inside is full of dust from job performed . Outside door handles were full of prints and debris from work when I picked it up. I feel like because it was a Recall job and the fact I wasn't a full paying customer . My car and the care for it was poor . Back window button broken wasn't when turned car in. I detailed my car before dropping off . Went in cleaner than it came out. . Stone guards were removed not replaced. My rain guards are still on how did whole doors get painted if there still on ? I guess I should feel like everyone else hey the car is old and I gotva semi free paint job
