From the very beginning of my experience, I have been nothing but pleased with Ford. I was treated very well, on the phone, and in person. The staff at Ford are extremely polite, professional, and a delight to work with. They kept me updated frequently with the progress, and I loved it. Loved it even more that they finished early!! The Lincoln owner is actually named David Crail. Kind of funny with all of the updates. No worries everything is excellent and I even appreciate the 3M tape on the back of my additional decals.

Only issue was the extended finish dates. Not a huge issue, short staffed, but being told it would be done a couple different times was frustrating.
