I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lama Collision! I was dealing with a major headache trying to get the third-party insurance to assume liability for my claim. They were making the process nearly impossible. That’s when Ivan stepped in and went completely above and beyond. He took the initiative to contact the third-party insurance himself, fighting to ensure they covered 100% of my damages as well as my rental car. Aside from the incredible advocacy and customer service, the actual repair workmanship was absolutely flawless. My car looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received.
