Despite the unfortunate occurrence of damage to my vehicle, my experience with Caliber Collision was smooth and pleasant. From Brooklynn who got things started for me and helped me with my rental car reservation, to Joshua my service advisor, the entire staff there are knowledgeable, professional, personable, and great to work with. I appreciated the regular text message updates; the whole process was seamless, as things were well coordinated with my insurance company. My vehicle looks great!
