I feel like they did an ok job but I do see flaws in the creases. I also didn’t like that I picked my car up full of ants and the response to fixing that issue was slim to none.

Everything looks good and the turnaround time for completing my vehicle was only about a week which wasn't bad at all. Josh was very helpful and sent texts throughout the process! Glad to have my car back shining like it originally was minus the scratch/ dent!

I cannot say that I am completely satisfied with my repair experience. While the cosmetic repairs appear to be well done, my vehicle does not drive the way it did before the accident. Since picking it up, I’ve experienced a noticeable vibration at idle and while driving, the steering feels tighter than it did before, the engine is louder, and the vehicle feels sluggish during acceleration. I reported these concerns to the repair shop but have not received a timely response, and I feel like I’m being given the runaround. My expectation was that the vehicle would be returned to its pre-accident condition, and at this point, I do not believe that has been achieved. I hope these issues will be addressed promptly so I can update my satisfaction accordingly.

The center front edge of the hood is not flush with the grille/front bumper. It appears to sit slightly higher than it should, and the hood alignment is uneven.
