Recently my: automobile; my very first car; a 2009 Ford Mustang - was hit by a driver impaired by the use of allergy medicine. The very first words out of an insurance agent’s mouth to me was; “We’ll probably total the car.” You don’t total a Mustang! So who in Louisville, KY would I entrust this endeavor? Who do I hand my Mustang over to be fixed? My decision as to selection came down to: shops previously dealt with by my Insurance company (Liberty Mutual;) searching for customer reviews, but more importantly the shop’s standing with the Better Business Bureau. I chose Lambert’s Paint and Body Shop. 9213 DIXIE HWY SUITE B LOUISVILLE, KY 4027 *** *** **** Best decision I could have made. The shop’s owner has many skilled repairman with years of experience and important outside vendors who can handle details beyond what the shop can / will do in an expedient manner. My Mustang was returned to me in quick order with both the paint and body work done professionally, but the mechanical repairs done right the first time. The whole experience left me speechless and singing their praises. Your car may not be a Mustang, but if you’re looking for a shop to do major repairs on your baby or just come in for a touch up (interior and exterior) I don’t believe you’ll find a more professional and reputable repair facility then Lamber’s Paint and Body Shop
