It took almost 5 weeks. Told 2 to 3 weeks. It was at alignment for 2 days, and the alignment people didn't know why it was there. Met another customer on the same day who had the same experience. No one seemed to know what was going on.

Horrific customer service. Melanie didn’t meet me the day I dropped my car off, never returned my calls. For 3 weeks while paying for rental I had no idea when my car would be fixed. Took a month to fix. A month. I would’ve just taken somewhere else had I known. Also my driver door is not aligned like it was before the wreck and makes a sound when I open and close it. Thanks

Awful customer service. I had to call multiple times to ever get in touch with my service advisor. There was always an excuse for why the repairs were taking so long. Lisa rarely initiated any updates. I was always chasing her down with multiple phone calls.
