By far, the worst experience I have EVER had getting my car repaired. There is now a leak in my car that was not there prior to bringing in the car!

Mark was SO RUDE! He lied to me on a consistent basis, told the insurance company different things than me, refused to discuss things he disagreed with me because he didn't want to "argue", never gave a definitive time my car would be ready, tried to fix things without my authorization and then charge me for it. It was an awful experience.
