Ed was very friendly and professional. The gentleman that picked up the car and delivered it was very friendly. The suv looks new again. Did notice one small scratch but it might have been there. Overall, it was a great experience!

The final product was great but wish there was some more communication about the service. When my car was moved there I never got a call that they had it. Every time I called I was told “we were about to call you”. Also kept being told that it should be totaled but the insurance company and I didn’t want that. This are very minor because the car looks great. Thanks

The staff: Ed, Doug and Phil are nice, professional and extremely compassionate regarding all phases of repair and the trauma of being involved in an auto accident. The work on my Kia Soul in 2018 and 2019 is exceptional. Both times Doug and Ed made sure all parts used were Kia OEM parts as my car was brand new the first accident when a lady ran a red light and hit me. The second time was a slide on ice collision.... awful! Again I was reassured all parts were Kia OEM parts! Landmark Collision Center your work is absolutely the best!
